Ingredients

For 4 people

6 eggs

1 fresh black truffle

Preparation

A day  before the preparation, leave the eggs and the truffle in a closed recipient.

Prepare the scramble eggs

Add them in a hot stove for a few minutes, the eggs should not be dry.

Grate the truffle on top of the scrambled eggs and serve
